  • If your purchase includes physical items, they will be shipped via trusted courier or postal services according to the shipping method you select.

  • If your purchase is a digital product (e.g. downloadable guides, packets, courses, systems, etc.), it is delivered electronically, not by mail.

3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders (physical or digital) are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high volume periods or holidays, the processing time may be extended; we will notify you if that is the case.

  • For digital goods, no shipping fees apply — delivery is electronic.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for international orders)

  • If you are ordering from outside our base country, customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may apply.

  • These are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated.

  • Delays caused by customs are beyond our control.

7. Order Tracking

Once your physical order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor the delivery status.
If for any reason tracking is unavailable, we will provide as much status information as possible.

8. Delivery Issues & Lost / Damaged Shipments

  • Please inspect the package upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, you may refuse delivery or record photos and contact us immediately.

  • If your order is lost or undelivered, contact us with your order number, and we will investigate with the courier and assist in resolving the issue.

  • For digital orders, if you fail to receive your downloadable files, check spam folders first. If still not found within 30 minutes, contact us and we will resend or assist.

9. No Physical Shipping (if applicable)

If (or in parts of) your order is purely digital:

  • No physical shipment is made.

  • After payment is confirmed, you will receive, via email or through your account, the link(s) to access/download your digital product(s).

  • Delivery is typically immediate, though in rare cases may take up to a few hours.

10. Changes, Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • If you need to change shipping address or method, please contact us as soon as possible (before the order is dispatched).

  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee modifications, though we will work with the courier and you to try to accommodate.
